摘要: Circulatory events in the renal medulla have been suggested as a possible mechanism underlying contrast medium-induced acute failure (CM-ARF) (1,2). After introduction of so-called low-osmolar CM, there was hope that these compounds would be less nephrotoxic than more hyperosmolar ionic CM. Since is at constant risk hypoxic injury (2-4), we wanted to investigate effects iotrolan, new isoosmolar on regional blood flow cortex and outer medulla. In previous studies, found this dimer decreases oxygen tension (5).
