摘要: Abstract Corrosion resistance of protective coatings on stainless steels against high-temperature steam oxidation was studied. The made through the thermal diffusion process consist aluminides, and they have a 3-layer structure or even more complex architectures when aluminide layers are covered by thin oxide-based (e.g. Al2O3, SnO2, ZrO2) BN layers. Oxidation behaviour these compared to bare materials 310SS 800H) studied at 800 °C for 3000 h. In this work, along with determination mass change samples vs. time (kinetics oxidation), structural analysis hardness substrates were carried out. developed multi-layered coating demonstrated promising performance no breakaway degradation issues. Their is defined inertness aluminium intermetallides total thickness >100 μm, strong diffusion-related bonding between substrate, formation stable oxide films occurred due surface oxidation. additional layer from selected oxides applied top aluminized can provide corrosion protection; however, it important maintain high level intermetallide structure. technology obtained systems applicable protection products different sizes shapes, including long tubing required in industry.
