摘要: A 4-year study (Japan Neurotrauma Data Bank) of the medical treatment 1002 cases traumatic brain injuries in Japan was conducted from 1998 to 2001 at 10 emergency centers. Patients with severe head injury were eligible for entry a Glasgow Coma Scale score 8 or less admission. who underwent craniotomy also included. Children under 5 years old excluded. An original data sheet 392 items multi-focal viewpoints, such as etiology injury, pre-hospital care, initial including neuro-intensive care unit, and surgical treatment, created. The results show that patient's age mechanism are most important factors outcome.
