摘要: Abstract The goal of this study was to evaluate the clinical characteristics and effects brain temperature management in patients with severe traumatic injury (TBI). A total 1091 were registered from Japan Neurotrauma Data Bank Project 2009. Those a Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) score 9 or more, GCS 3, bilateral dilated pupils, cardiopulmonary arrest on arrival excluded. This left 401 patients.
