摘要: Abstract The preparation methods of intercalation compounds fall into four main groups: use alkali metal solutions in liquid ammonia, organometallic reagents, electrochemical methods, and solid state processes. Each these will be briefly described a general comparison the advantages disadvantages made. Structural problems concern positions occupied by guest ions their mobility from one site to another host structure. resulting ionic conductivity depends on factors such as ratio between available sites van der Waals gap, ionicity bonds structure, geometry, nature metal.
