摘要: The aim of this work was to determine the suitability tissue culture microtubers for study primary carbohydrate metabolism in potato plants (Solanum tuberosum L. cv. Desiree). We have determined levels key enzymes and intermediates pathways sucrose metabolism, starch glycolysis wild type microtubers. Comparison metabolite with a range published studies on soil-grown developing tubers showed that two systems were similar both absolute ratios between metabolites, despite some differences maximum catalytic activities glycolytic enzymes. conclude vitro grown are an adequate model system studying tubers.
