摘要: Perfusion is a fundamental biological function that refers to the delivery of oxygen and nutrient tissue by means blood flow. This chapter will review all existing methodologies evaluate perfusion information with magnetic resonance imaging. For contrast-based techniques, acquisition details be carefully explained for better understanding implication in estimation parameters based on dynamic susceptibility contrast (DSC) contrast-enhanced (DCE) studies. Multicompartment pharmacokinetic modeling framework parameter especial interest mono- bicompartmental signal modeling.
