摘要: Recent studies have furthered our understanding of the function long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) in numerous biological processes, including cancer. This study investigated expression a novel lncRNA, colorectal neoplasia differentially expressed (CRNDE), carcinoma (CRC) tissues and cells by real-time RT-PCR situ hybridization, its using series vitro vivo experiments to determine potential as prognostic marker therapeutic target. CRNDE was found be upregulated primary CRC (P<0.05), upregulation is powerful predictor advanced TNM stage (P<0.05) poor prognosis for patients (P=0.002). The promoting effects on cell proliferation, cycling metastasis were confirmed both gain-of-function loss-of-function experiments. Mechanistically, it demonstrated that could form functional complex with heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein U-like 2 protein (hnRNPUL2) direct transport hnRNPUL2 between nucleus cytoplasm. accumulated cytoplasm interact physically functionally, increasing stability RNA. Moreover, gene profile data showed depletion downregulated genes involved Ras/mitogen-activated kinase signaling pathways. Collectively, these findings provide insights into mechanism lncRNA pathogenesis highlight target intervention.
