摘要: A protocol for initiation of warfarin therapy, targeted specifically older people and based on individual responses to initial doses, was evaluated in a case-control study. People within the group: (i) received higher doses warfarin, (ii) reached an international normalized ratio (INR) 2 more quickly, (iii) spent time with INR 2-3 first week (iv) were less likely be over-anticoagulated. However, proportion who too quickly (in <4 days) no greater. The correctly predicted maintenance dose range over 70% cases.
