摘要: Abstract A 1.9 wt% Ni/Mg(Al)O hydrotalcite-derived catalyst is studied for the dry reforming of propane to synthesis gas at 600 °C and 1 atm. The showed limited initial deactivation then was exceptionally stable throughout a 34-day test. Catalyst characterisation indicates that carrier material consists mixed Mg(Al)O phase before after testing, carbonate forms on support surface under conditions. Ni particles are in close contact with, partially decorated by, basic support. No carbon whisker formation observed by transmission electron microscopy catalytic testing. Alternating pulse experiments Temporary Analysis Product-II (TAP-II) reactor system indicate CO 2 associatively adsorbed acts as permanent source oxygen species metal. Propane reacts rapidly with O form H O. Under TAP conditions, reduced gradually from give CO.
