摘要: Evidence of central nervous system toxicity was noted in two patients undergoing extradural analgmia for Caesarean section. There no cardiovascular depression and both recovered rapidly. The had received total doses bupivacaine plain solution 357.5 mg 356.25 mg, respectively the relationship these to clinical signs is discussed.
