摘要: In a controlled study single segment combined spinal epidural (CSE) block was compared with for cesarean section. Thirty healthy parturients were randomly divided into two groups. both groups T4 aimed at. Bupivacaine used to provide analgesia in All patients receiving CSE had good excellent analgesia, while 11 (74%) similar pain relief. This reflected the requirement additional analgesics, sedatives or N2O anesthesia. The muscular relaxation also better following block. total dose of bupivacaine three times larger only maternal and fetal blood levels correspondingly about higher group. Additionally, incidence hypotension Apgar scores, gases neurobehavioural evaluation did not show any differences between neonates. No postspinal headache noted. appears combine reliability flexibility minimizing their drawbacks.
