摘要: Micromachined reference electrodes for use in miniaturized electrochemical sensors, and methods fabricating such example, as a part of microfluidic system, are disclosed. Electrochemical measurements allow inexpensive detection wide variety (bio-)chemical compounds solution. The electrode is one the main parts an cell. electrode, from which no current drawn, has stable, constant potential.
