摘要: We study the dynamics of large polarons in diatomic molecular chains, at zero temperature, under influence an external, periodic time, electric field mean value. show that asymmetric i.e. chains with two different atoms per unit cell, a harmonic unbiased causes drift such polarons. Such current, known as ratchet phenomenon, depends strongly on parameters chain; particular, extent anisotropy chain and size polaron. Moreover, takes place only if intensity period exceed some critical values which also depend chain. this directed current is complicated phenomenon. It dissipative systems broken spatial symmetry generated by interplay between Peierls–Nabarro barrier impact external charged The dependence amplitude polaron oscillations, average velocity are determined function its frequency.
