摘要: Objectives: To study the long-term results of treatment patients with stage IA mycosis fungoides and analyze factors related to disease progression effect initial therapy on survival freedom from relapse. Design: A single-center, 32½-year, retrospective cohort analysis. Setting: Private referral medical center. Patients: One hundred twenty-two clinical (T1, N0, M0) fungoides. Main Outcome Measures: Long-term actuarial freedom-from-relapse as calculated by technique Kaplan-Meier. Results: The (30-year) is similar expected a race-, age-, sex-matched control population. median this group has not been reached at 32½ years. Eleven (9%) who progressed more advanced had lower complete response rate than did other (36% vs 82%) an older mean age T1 (61 48 years,P Conclusions: Patients treated Stanford University do have altered life expectancy. Fewer 10% stages few died disease. Although total skin electron beam was superior that topical mechlorethamine, longterm were similar. Topical mechlorethamine cost-effective convenient for limited patch plaque Arch Dermatol. 1996;132:1309-1313
