摘要: It has been shown that occlusive dressings can lead to better healing of skin wounds as they create a periwound environment which is beneficial for the wound process. Occlusion would may influence desiccation, disturbance bed, temperature, pH, fibrinolysis and angiogenesis. Despite these well-known advantages, infection risk under occlusion considered be major disadvantage. shown, however, occurs less frequently than conventional, non-occlusive dressings. The have on with respect incidence discussed in this article.
