摘要: The objective of this study was to evaluate the quantitative carcass traits lambs from different genotypes receiving levels energy in diet. Fifty-four non-castrated - 18 Santa Ines (SI), F1Dorper × (Dp SI) and F1Santa No defined breed (SI NDB) average 150 days old 22.6-kg BW were used beginning experiment. Diets contained 17% crude protein 2.40 Mcal/kg DM or 2.90 DM. Lambs fed diet containing showed higher final live weight, loin eye area, percentage internal fat, muscularity index, compactness fat lower muscle:fat relation. These lambs' carcasses also presented cold loss weight shoulder leg. Carcasses Dp SI superior thickness, GR site, muscle:bone relation, loin. sheep Both genotype influence lambs.
