摘要: Purpose: To assess the predictability of algorithm used to determine amount tissue resection for conjunctival-Muellerectomy during blepharoptosis repair. Methods: A consecutive case series all patients undergoing repair between July 2001 and February 2005. All cases had a positive phenylephrine test, mean preoperative upper marginal reflex distance (MRD1) was +1.60 mm (range: −1 ±3.5 mm). Each patient underwent excision according following algorithm: 10 2 ptosis, 8 1.5 6 1 ptosis. Results: Fifty-five on 73 eyelids, using above algorithm. Thirty-seven were unilateral 18 bilateral.
