摘要: Abstract Resveratrol (3,5,4′-trihydroxystilbene) is a naturally occurring phytoalexin, found in grapes and wine, which has been reported to exert variety of important pharmacological effects. We have investigated the activity resveratrol on proliferation differentiation promyelocitic cell line HL-60. A concentration as low 30 μM causes complete arrest rapid induction towards myelo-monocytic phenotype. Analyses by flow cytometry showed absence G2/M peak accumulation cells G1 S phases. Moreover, at concentrations employed, very amount apoptotic was evidenced. detailed biochemical analysis demonstrated that phase division cycle engine completely unmodified addition, thus indicating → transition occurs normally. Conversely, after only 24 h treatment, significant increase cyclins E could be observed along with cdc2 inactive phosphorylated form. These data demonstrate reversible checkpoint.
