Empirical study of elastic properties of BX (X = As, Sb) materials

摘要: The principal goal of this work is the prediction elastic properties Boron-Arsenide (BAs) and Boron- Antimonide (BSb) materials by means some emperical formulas with help two experimental physical quantities (the bond length bulk modulus which are taken from literature for BAs material only BSb material). homopolar heteropolar energies, bonding-antibonding energy gap, covalency, constants, Kleinman parameter, Cauchy discrepancy in constant, coefficient, Born ratio, cohesive finally Knoop microhardness predicted analyzed comparison available theoretical data literature. Our obtained results general agreement other previous data.
