The can transfer radiology images and real-time consultations diagnostics the telephone, Integrated Service Digital Network (ISDN), as well generic hospital network. network in corporates Ethernet Local Area (LAN), ATM switches, an IP router. Java Language is used developing this system. flexible, effective, provides for high performance end users. has been tested all above results have shown that robust efficient.
