摘要: Abstract Applications of low doses ultraviolet light-C (254 nm, UV-C), UV-C in combination with a biocontrol agent, Debaryomyces hansenii, or postharvest fungicides were compared for their ability to reduce the incidences brown rot caused by Monilinia fructicola peach, green mold ( Penicillium digitatum ) tangerine, and Rhizopus soft stolonifer tomato sweetpotato that resulted from both field infections artificial inoculations. light alone reduced incidence storage rots all produce. However, general, application fungicide benomyl (Benlate 50 DF; methyl-1-(butyl-carbomoyl)-2-benzimidazole carbamate) dichloran (Botran 75WP; 2,6-dichloro-4-nitroaniline) was more effective than treatment alone. When produce treated D. hansenii 2 3 days after treatment, reduction better when used The percentage infection “Elberta” peaches 36 h inoculation untreated control, 100%; alone, 55%; 67%; + 12%; (12%). Because efficacy comparable it is indicated an integration yeast can be as commercial reducing rots. Thus, integrated agent (yeast) has potential alternative means disease control.
