摘要: Abstract The ultrasound-assisted sunflower oil methanolysis using KOH as a catalyst was studied at different reaction conditions. A full factorial experiment 3 with replication performed. effects of three variables, methanol-to-oil molar ratio, loading and the temperature on fatty acid methyl ester yield were evaluated by analysis variance multiple regression. At 95% confidence level all factors interaction ratio effective formation, most important factor being loading. relationship between their interactions modeled second-order polynomial equation.
