摘要: Autonomous Lagrangian Circulation Explorer floats recorded temperatures in depths between 700 and 1100 meters the Southern Ocean throughout 1990s. These temperature records are systematically warmer than earlier hydrographic measurements from region, suggesting that mid-depth have risen 0.17°C 1950s 1980s. This warming is faster of global ocean concentrated within Antarctic Circumpolar Current, where rates change comparable to atmospheric increases.
