摘要: The purpose of this study was to quantify individual muscle forces for different levels amputation, during swing phase the above knee amputees. lower extremity modeled as a two-degree freedom linkage that its joints were located at hip and knee. Only movement in sagittal plane considered be important, each an ideal force generator. kinematic data collected using motion analysis system. Calculated correspond electromyography activity muscles. Results show residual extensor become higher when other extensors are removed, flexor flexors removed. This result is line with common practice amputation surgery according which surgeon should maintain length limb much possible.
