The gait of unilateral transfemoral amputees.

摘要: The aim of this study was to describe the gait persons with a unilateral transfemoral amputation by means questionnaire, analysis and measurement energy expenditure, find correlations among variables studied. included 29 amputees amputated for other reasons than chronic vascular disease. patients were assessed using following methods: 1) A questionnaire rating walking distance difficulty in different circumstances. 2) Gait measuring temporal goniometry hips knees. 3) Measurement expenditure during sitting walking. Scores on showed correlation socket design, negative age positive fast speed. asymmetrical as far concerned, most also range motion hip knee. speed lower that non-amputees extension-flexion stride time. ambulation higher non-amputees, seemed correlate residual limb length abduction-adduction motion.
