摘要: Background: osseointegration is critical to start prosthetic rehabilitation. Objective: describe of immediate transalveolar implants. Methods: a prospective case series study was conducted from January 2012 December 2013. It included all patients (75 with 79 implants) who attended the Prosthodontics service. Age, sex, osseointegration, cause tooth loss, region implant, specific tooth, bone level and keratinized gingiva around were variables studied. Frequency distribution statistical analysis used for data analysis. Results: females aged 31 45 years predominated. Osseointegration observed in 97.4% Nearly implants placed premaxilla posterior maxilla, specifically first bicuspids. In most patients, formation occurred at implant collar presence completely tissue, statistically significant association between two variables. Conclusion: rehabilitation treatment this type led successful cases
