摘要: The aim of this study was to analyze the main aspects that influence aesthetics single immediate implant-supported restorations through a literature review on MEDLINE database. It observed present clinical success with aesthetic predictability demonstrated by literature. Proper patient selection and diagnostic multidisciplinary planning are essential should be associated technical ability professional knowledge concerning biology periimplant tissues. is suggested provisional restoration immediately inserted after implant fixation guide healing gingival tissues proper emergence profile besides psychologic comfort for due reestablishment.
