摘要: In this work, fields with different slopes (0, 2 and 6%) located in an erodible area due to topographic climatic conditions improper management, were submitted rehabilitation practices that included almond tree cultivation under organic or mineral fertilization. Conventional parameters usually related soil fertility quality (total carbon, total nitrogen, water soluble humic etc.) along unconventional (β-glucosidase-humic complexes, enzyme activity) measured the aim of evaluating capability improve and/or prevent degradation. The application both fertilizers presence trees resulted effective increasing general chemical properties particular biochemical humic-bound β-glucosidase (HEG). analytical isoelectric focussing technique (IEF), was able isolate characterise extracellular humic-enzyme complexes discriminating among treatments. fertilisers plants more efficient amount activity 0 2% slopes, while 6% slope showed a significative increase only amendment. active humic-β-glucosidase isolated purified through IEF, even though they represent small part substances are relevant indicators for assessing role carbon stored degraded soils, following regeneration practices.
