摘要: Changes in soil quality after 45 years of continuous production corn (Zea mays L.) by the conventional tillage method (C) compared with adjacent poplar forest (F) and native grassland (G) sites were examined. The investigated parameters were: total humified organic C, N, light fraction content composition, water-soluble C (WSOC), carbohydrates (WSC), phenolic substances, biomass cumulative CO2-C (soil respiration) (Cm), enzyme activities (alkaline phosphatase, protease, β-glucosidase, urease, catalase dehydrogenase). Empirical indexes also calculated: C/organic specific respiration (qCO2), death rate quotient (qD), metabolic potential (MP), biological index fertility (BIF), activity number (EAN) hydrolysing coefficient (HC). Results indicate that long-term at an intensive level caused a marked decline all examined parameters. Between undisturbed systems, showed higher values than site. most responsive to management practices may provide indications effects cultivation, as well differently ecosystems WSC, Cm, urease HC. Soil related with, not more sensitive carbon.
