摘要: A voltage-controlled programmable-gain amplifier (VC-PGA) is designed in this work. The power consumption of the VC-PGA binary-weighted. In contrast to conventional PGAs, gain step PGA can be continuously tuned by a control voltage. To prove concept, an analog baseband chain implemented 65 nm CMOS technology, which consists switchable-order filter with VC-PGA. measurements show that frequency responses configured as either 5th or 7th order 16 steps. bandwidth approximately 50 MHz for all cases and between 0 3 dB. core area only 0.18 μm2.
