摘要: We attempted in this experiment to culture epithelioid cells isolated from granu-loma induced the lung of female rabbits that had been injected intravenously with Freund's complete adjuvant. The morphologic findings included abundant rough-surfaced endoplasmic reticulum, mitochondria, Golgi complexes, electron-dense lysosomes, and numerous cytoplasmic processes on cell surface. Enzymatically these were positive for acid α-naphthyl acetate β-galactosidase staining. These coincided expected enzymatic characteristics examined vivo. Cells granuloma are thought be more than 86% cells.
