摘要: This paper contributes to a developing literature on the role of framing in organizational settings and protracted environmental disputes particular. The identifies four frame types (risk, conflict management, power, views nature frames) that can be used understand how disputants make sense conflicts offers predictions about differential use these frames by disputants. Our results substantiate some differences utilized different stakeholder groups - revealing predicable antagonisms as well presence strange bedfellows. We link usage intractability offer recommendations for handling frame-based disputes. Finally, our suggest greater insight into may derived from understanding patterns held rather than concentrating solely interest-based groupings.
