摘要: An innovative electrochemical sensor based on a combination of the elimination voltammetry and adsorptive stripping (AdS) techniques with slightly soluble complex is presented. The test our approach was aimed at analysis aminopurines oxopurines carbon paste (CPE) pencil graphite electrodes (PeGE). voltammetric signals purine derivatives are amplified: (i) by increasing surface concentration analyte due to adsorption metal (e.g., in case it monovalent copper), (ii) from an electrode surface, (iii) signal processing linear scan (EVLS). Both developed for individual microsensors or microarrays.
