摘要: A 2,6,9-trisubstituted purine composition having the following formula: ##STR1## where X is a amino, oxo, thio, of sulfone moiety, R1 lower alkyl, substituted cycloalkyl, cycloheteroalkyl, aryl, heterocycle, hetaryl, aralkyl, heteroaralkyl, heteroalkyl, alkyl alkenyl, alkynyl, or each from 1 to 20 carbon atoms; R2 hydrogen, cycloheteroalkyl; and R3 halogen, hydroxyl, alkoxy, alkylthio, --NR4 R5 component ##STR2## wherein when 2-hydroxyethylamino methyl, -X not 3-methyl-2-butenylamino, benzylamino, m-hydroxybenzyl-amino, isopropyl, m-hydroxybenzylamino, 3-methylbutylamino, 2-hydroxyethyl, benzylamino selected group consisting 2-propanol-2-methylamino 2-dimethylaminoethylamino then benzylamino.
