摘要: Late blight of potato, caused by Phytophthora infestans was studied using a resistant clone potato on one side and susceptible the other side. A gene coding putatively for an α-galactosidase has been isolated mRNA reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction differential display shown to be differentially expressed between clone. α-Galactosidases catalyse hydrolysis α-1,6 linked α-galactose residues from oligosaccharides it could in present work that raffinose content decreases at 30 h after infection P.
