摘要: Objective This study evaluates the frequency of osteoradionecrosis associated with dental extractions. Study design A total 405 patients submitted to radiotherapy and had extractions were evaluated. The divided into 3 groups. Results In group 1, 316 1.647 (mean 5.2 teeth per patient) in another 47 number removed was not clearly reported. Group 2 comprised 5 who 33 extracted 6.6 each). 3, 55 290 5.3 each) could be established. general, only cases related observed: exodontias performed before 1 after radiotherapy. Conclusions low prevalence found this work suggests possibility performing by experienced dentists management head neck cancer.
