摘要: This systematic review aims to identify and the best available evidence answer clinical question 'What are incidence factors influencing development of osteoradionecrosis after tooth extraction in irradiated patients?'. A published articles on post-irradiation was performed via electronic search Medline, Ovid, Embase Cochrane Library databases. Additional studies were identified by manual reference list search. Evaluation critical appraisal done 3 stages two independent reviewers any disagreement resolved discussion with a third party. 19 selected for final analysis. The total patients 7%. When extractions conjunction prophylactic hyperbaric oxygen, 4% while antibiotics gave an 6%. found that is low, mandibular teeth within radiation field who received dose higher than 60 Gy represents highest risk developing osteoradionecrosis. Based weak evidence, oxygen effective reducing post-radiation extractions.
