摘要: Abstract The effect of iloprost (Schering AG, Berlin), a stable prostacyclin analogue, was investigated in ischemic, reperfused porcine hearts. left anterior descending coronary artery (LAD) distally occluded 18 pigs for 45 min followed by 3-d reperfusion. Nine were continuously treated with at dose 25 ng/kg per min. Treatment started as intracoronary infusion into the proximal LAD 10 before occlusion. intercoronary replaced an intravenous after reperfusion, which continued until end experiment. Infarct size determined ratio infarcted (tetrazolium stain) to ischemic myocardium (dye technique). Regional systolic shortening assessed sonomicrometry. Myocardial concentrations adenosine triphosphate evaluated Generation free radicals stimulated polymorphonuclear neutrophils luminol-enhanced chemiluminescence. Histologic and immunohistologic techniques applied characterize myocardial inflammatory response. Global hemodynamics did not differ between two groups. Neither infarct (control group 68 ± 18%, 74 14%), recovery 3 6%, 6 6%), nor improved treatment. response remained unaffected this capacity venous, generate slightly suppressed ischemia, ilchemia during early In preparation, exhibit any beneficial on size, concentrations.
