摘要: An aesthetically pleasing fingertip is an important but often under evaluated goal in syndactyly release. We assessed the aesthetic outcome 26 patients with complete syndactylies, a total of 84 separated digits, using four-grade scale based on quality lateral nail fold, plate definition, symmetry and pulp fullness. Fingertips simple syndactylies released use full-thickness skin grafts achieved significantly better result then fingertips complex Buck-Gramcko flaps. involved results when reconstructed flaps comparison those grafts. recommend while reserve traditional zig-zag graft closure for cases syndactylies. also propose grading system following
