摘要: The design of an autoclavable oxygen stabilized electrode based on immobilized glucose oxidase and catalase, with electrolytic generation oxygen, is presented. electrode's behaviour was investigated in relation to parameters such as ion strength, buffer capacity, DOT the broth enzyme inhibition by Cl−. It used fed-batch cultivations Escherichia coli for control monitoring feeding. Use liquid feeding data from glucose- well pH growth characterization outlined.
