摘要: Selectively C-deuterated indigotins were synthesized from halogenated 1a – c as precursors. The described reactions – used already by the ancient purple dyers allowed introduction of D-atoms at defined positions indigo molecule. exchange halogen atoms was induced UV irradiation leuco compounds 2a – c and 3a – c in D2O. resulting forms 4a – c oxidized to deuterated 5a – c.
