摘要: Titanium-nitride-oxide coatings (TiN x O y ) improve osseointegration of endosseous implants. The exact mechanisms by which these effects are mediated poorly understood except for an increase osteoblast proliferation while a high degree differentiation is maintained. One hypothesis holds that TiN facilitates the initial spreading and adhesion osteoblasts. aim this work was to investigate molecular on as compared microrough titanium SLA. A global view osseointegrative process, is, taking into account other cell groups, especially endothelial cells, also presented. To aim, gene expression focal analysis, cocultures wound assays were performed early after seeding, from 6 h 3 days. We demonstrated enhance when standard titanium. integrin β1, either in association with α1 or α2 plays central role mechanisms. optimize process acting at several levels, upregulating proliferation, but supporting neovascularization development suitable inflammatory environment.
