摘要: Angiogenesis is associated with follicular development and regulated independently within each follicle potentially making the functioning of its vasculature critically important in determining fate. This review examines various ways which angiogenesis may be monitored, describes localisation changes pro- anti-angiogenic factors that regulate process how antagonists used to elucidate their physiological role vivo. Thus, inhibition vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), VEGF receptor-2, cell cadherin or interference angiopoietin system can inhibit prevent ovulation.
