摘要: Stress cardiomyopathy, also referred to as Takotsubo transient apical ballooning or broken heart syndrome, is a disorder associated with left ventricular dysfunction. Symptoms include acute chest pain and dyspnea accompanied by electrocardiographic changes, such ST-segment elevation T-wave inversions, minimal of cardiac enzyme levels wall-motion abnormalities in the absence substantial coronary artery obstruction. Complete recovery contractile function has been documented nearly all cases, but mechanisms disease remain unclear cause not established. Coronary vasospasm, microcirculation dysfunction, obstruction outflow tract have proposed possible causes this disorder. An excessive release catecholamines seems pivotal role development stress cardiomyopathy. This Review summarizes published data on focusing primarily most likely entity.
