摘要: Stress cardiomyopathy, also referred to as Takotsubo transient apical ballooning or broken heart syndrome, is a disorder associated with left ventricular dysfunction. Symptoms include acute chest pain and dyspnea accompanied by electrocardiographic changes, such ST-segment elevation T-wave inversions, minimal of cardiac enzyme levels wall-motion abnormalities in the absence substantial coronary artery obstruction.
