摘要: Heat (or mass) transfer from oblate and prolate spheroids with a ratio of minor to major axis 0.2, as well sphere, have been studied by numerically solving the energy diffusion) equation for constant fluid properties, in conjunction previously solved equations continuity motion, spheroidal coordinates. A Reynolds number range 1-100 was covered Prandtl 0.7, creeping flow Peclet numbers up 70. Streamlines, isotherms, local Nusselt are presented.
