摘要: Purpose. The interaction of hormones the pituitary-adrenal axis and adrenal cortex-associated circulating microRNAs is mostly unknown. We have studied effects dexamethasone adrenocorticotropin on expression five (hsa-miR-27a, hsa-miR-200b, hsa-miR-214, hsa-miR-483-5p, hsa-miR-503) reported to be related cortex in plasma samples. Methods. Expression was samples 10 individuals examined by 1 mg suppression test another stimulated 250 μg tetracosactide (adrenocorticotropin). Total RNA isolated microRNA analyzed real-time reverse transcription quantitative polymerase chain reaction normalized cel-miR-39 as reference. Results. Only hsa-miR-27a proved significantly modulated vivo hormonal treatments: its upregulated whereas it suppressed adrenocorticotropin. Secreted induced vitro NCI-H295R cells, well. hsa-miR-483-5p proposed diagnostic marker for adrenocortical malignancy not affected or administration. Conclusions. hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal both vivo. biological relevance modulation unclear, but responsiveness noteworthy.
