摘要: The motivation for the implementation of a decision support system in maternity care came from fact that people are constantly making quick decisions based on incomplete information. There is significant impact patient health, as well increasing medical errors. To implement this system, it was resorted to technologies Business Intelligence, which involved construction two data warehouses with dimensional structure star shape, distinct modules, Gynecology and Obstetrics cares. feasibility an evidence-based practice real time universal interoperable features some benefits resulting care. In paper we present architecture BI solution, clinical outcomes solution world context.
