摘要: Identification of microbial contamination by CE has interested many researchers mainly because the high speed analysis. However, separation such big structures brings a lot questions about behavior microorganisms and mechanism separation. In this work, we constructed simple apparatus where microscope was used as one detector UV second made comparison three typical setups for microorganisms. Saccharomyces cerevisiae chosen model microorganism analyzed in bare fused-silica capillaries, covalently modified capillaries dynamically poly(ethylene oxide) or CTAB. Results showed that use instrument directly connected with could be advantageous study mechanisms and/or migration behavior.
