摘要: We have proposed a concept of monitoring ice ball formation in biological tissues during cryodestruction process via spatially-resolved detection elastic light backscattering. For this purpose, we developed an experimental setup for study by using applicators based on sapphire shaped crystals with internal channels optical irradiation biotissues and backscattered light. Due to the unique physical properties sapphire, i.e. high thermal, mechanical, chemical strength, thermal conductivity transparency, cryoapplicators yield combination tissue control freezing. shown experimentally that applicator several channels, it is possible monitor changes process.
